Advanced Motion Controls was founded in 1987 with the idea of designing and manufacturing analog and digital servo amplifiers and drives for brushless AC, brushless DC, brush type and linear and rotary servomotors and actuators. They joined their industry’s technological leaders by making superior servo technology available across the widest range of applications across many industries. From the beginning, they organized around the principle that people-to-people accessibility and expertise help their customers bring great new products to market faster.
Advanced Motion Controls has extensive experience in designing affordable custom products optimized for specific needs. All on a single board, capabilities can include: multiple axes, wide power range, extended feature sets, broad functionality, comprehensive diagnostics, creative packaging, various I/O, small size, pre-specified connectors, additional machine/process control circuitry, etc. Their customers are able to interact with a team that not only listens and understands system integration, but also responds with solutions that offer exceptional value.
Advanced Motion Controls current standard product line consists of both analog and digital servo amplifiers and drives that accept various command signals and operate in several different modes. For instance, their digital line supports several different interface options including: analog input, encoder following / pulse commanded input, RS-232 / 485, CANOpen or SynqNet. These same interfaces can all be found on the servo drives with power output capabilities ranging from 100W up to 40KW of peak output!
Powerful manufacturing capabilities complement a wide range of products and core competencies. Major investments in facilities, capital equipment and processes represent a commitment to excellence and an ability to respond quickly to customer requirements. Innovative design, automated surface mount technology and ISO 9001compliance combine to create products that efficiently produce maximum power output in the smallest possible packages.
