Performance specifications are similar to the Optima series, but with some features removed for reduced cost such as uncommitted analog inputs, a secondary FIFO, optical isolation and auxiliary encoders ( if you need these features, select the DMC-18x0 Optima PCI controller). Galil's AMP-20341 is a 4-axis card for driving small servo motors. It attaches directly to Galil's DMC-21x3 Ethernet motion controller saving wiring and cost. It contains four linear drives for operating small brush type servo motors. Output power is 20 W per amplifier or 60 W total. (read more)

The SDM-20240 contains four drives for operating two-phase bipolar step motors in full or half-step mode. The SDM-20240 mounts directly to Galil's DMC-21x3 Ethernet motion controllers saving cost and money.
